One says that a memorable experience emerges out of the way people feel, and not exclusively based on what they obtain or achieve.

During my PCM experience with Paul, I achieved a great deal of understanding about my own style of communication, my needs and my values. I also got to understand that a more subtle objective Paul helped me to achieve is to increase the level of tolerance between people during interactions.

Besides these, what Paul is really great at is the way he warmly, but firmly accompanies you in a self-discovery experience. He’s always making sure he’s there without nurturing dependency; he’s chosing the words in an full-explanatory manner without killing the privilege of having further personal insights.

In a world of shelves and boxes, I’d say Paul is the type of consultant that comes out through his humanistic skills: he listens, he listens a bit more and then he keeps on listening while posing questions to advance the analysis of a certain development need. And then his helpful side come on the stage making things right when it comes to allowing people to maximize their potential.

Together with National Sales Managers and Regional Sales Manager across Coca Cola Hellenic Romania I had the privilege to attend Paul’s PCM training.
