Despre curs
Process Communication Model este o teorie de personalitate și comunicare premiată, cu aplicabilități în cunoaștere de sine, dezvoltarea echipelor, comunicare și relaționare, negociere, vânzări, rezolvarea conflictelor, coaching și psihoterapie.
De la descoperirea sa în 1976, PCM a fost folosit cu succes la NASA în programul de selecție și pregătire a echipelor, în pregătirea comunicațională a oficialilor americani și în producții media de succes la companii precum Pixar.

Cursul de bază (PCM Fundament)
- Program: Zilnic între 10:00 – 18:00 (cu pauză de masă 2 ore, între aproximativ 13:30 și 15:30)
- Trainer: Dorin Boabeș (ziua 1) / Paul Olteanu (zilele 2 și 3)

Cursul de aprofundare (PCM Avansat)
